They request a detail online or by text and give the code. Austin comes to them with his own water and power, and the card comes off the bill.

How does the recipient use it?
Tap “Book your detail” in the gift card email and the request form opens with the code already filled in. Have a printed card? Fill in the request form and tap “Have a gift card?” to type the code. Or call or text Austin at (586) 330-9136. The card’s value comes off the bill.
Where can it be used?
Anywhere we detail: Rochester Hills and the surrounding Metro Detroit area, across Oakland and Macomb counties. We come to them. Not sure about a town? Call or text (586) 330-9136 before you buy.
What can it be used for?
Any package, inside or out, on any vehicle. If the detail costs less than the card, the rest stays on the card for next time. If it costs more, the difference is paid as usual.
Can it be used on the Maintenance Plan?
Yes. A gift card can pay for Maintenance Plan visits too, as well as the Full-Service detail the plan starts with.
Does it expire?
No. A&F gift cards never expire.
Can I get a refund?
No. Gift cards can’t be refunded, but they never expire, so the card is there whenever they’re ready to book.
Can I choose when it arrives?
Yes. Have it emailed right after you pay, or pick a date up to a year away and it goes out at 8am Michigan time that day.
Can I give it in person?
Choose “Email it to me” and the gift card comes to you, ready to print or forward.
How do I check the balance, or get the email again?
The link in the gift card email always shows what’s left. Lost the email? Call or text (586) 330-9136 and Austin will send it again.
