How much does it cost?
Exterior details start at $100, Interior at $200 and Full-Service at $260 for sedans and coupes ($120, $230 and $300 for SUVs and trucks). Heavy pet hair or a heavily soiled vehicle is $25 extra, and oversized trucks may be quoted a little higher. We’ll always tell you before we start, never after. You’ll see your exact price on the booking form before you book.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. We bring our own water and power (a water tank and a generator), plus all the products and equipment, so we never need your hose or an outlet. All we need is a spot to park beside the car: at home, in an apartment lot, at the office or on the street.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package and the vehicle’s condition. Exterior Standard runs about 1.5 hours and Exterior Deluxe 2–2.5; Interior Standard takes 2.5–3 hours and Interior Deluxe 3–4. Full-Service Standard is 3.5–4.5 hours, and Full-Service Deluxe — the most thorough — runs 4.5–6. We’ll give you a clear time window when you book.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Rochester Hills, Rochester, Oakland Township, Lake Orion, Auburn Hills, Troy, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Washington Township, Shelby Township, Macomb Township, and surrounding communities. We also come to Sterling Heights, Utica, Warren, Oxford and Commerce Township. Not sure if you’re in range? Put your city or ZIP in the booking form and we’ll confirm, usually the same day.
When and how do I pay?
After the detail. There’s no deposit and no card on file. We’ll text you a secure payment link (card or Apple Pay), or you can pay with Tap to Pay on Austin’s phone, cash, check, Zelle or Venmo.
What if it rains?
If the weather would keep us from doing the job right, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no cost — we’d rather move the appointment than deliver a result we’re not proud of.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Many clients leave the car unlocked or the keys out and go about their day — we just need access to the vehicle and a spot to park near it. We’ll text you before and after.
What if something gets damaged?
You’re covered. We’re insured, and our insurance covers your vehicle top to bottom if anything were to get damaged.
What if I’m not happy with my detail?
