Who we are

A&F Auto Detailing LLC is a mobile car detailing business based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, run by Austin. Questions about your information go straight to him: (586) 330-9136 or anfautodetailing@gmail.com.

What we collect

From the quote form, only what you type or pick: your name, mobile number and email, your vehicle and its type, the package you’re interested in, your city or ZIP code, a preferred date and start time, any notes, how you heard about us, and a gift card code if you have one.

From the Maintenance Plan form: your vehicle type, the visit you’d want most months, your vehicle’s year, make and model, your city or ZIP code, your name and your mobile number.

Both forms also note which page of this site you sent them from and, if a search engine or another website brought you here, that site’s name (for example google.com), so we know which pages help people find us. Nothing else about your visit.

If you book, we also keep the address for the detail, your vehicle, the work we did and what you paid.

When you buy a gift card: your name and email, the name of the person it’s for (and their email, if you want it emailed to them), your personal message, and the amount and delivery day you pick.

How we use it

To reply to your request, give you a quote, and confirm your appointment by phone, text or email. When you send the quote form, you also get a short automatic email saying we got your request. After a detail we may also send a thank-you, a link to pay, a reminder when you’re due for your next detail, or a request for a Google review. For a gift card: to email the card and a confirmation, and to take it off the price of a detail when it’s used. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing.

We keep your request, and your booking details if you book, in our own customer records so we can follow up and book you again.

We keep a gift card’s details (who it’s from and for, the message, the code and what’s left on it) so the balance can be looked up and used, and as our record of the sale.

Photos of your car

We sometimes post before & after photos of the cars we detail. Photos on this website never show a customer's plate, face or house number. (The one plate you may spot is on our own truck.)

Where it goes

• The quote form and the Maintenance Plan form save your request in our customer records (stored with Cloudflare) and email it to our business inbox.
• This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visits to the site in order to deliver it.
• Our emails, including the automatic “got your request” email and gift card emails, are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
• To keep out spam, the gift card form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. It isn’t used for advertising.
• If you pay by card, online or by tapping your card on our phone, including for a gift card, the payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies, and it doesn’t track you across other websites. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies: it shows us things like which pages are viewed most, not who you are.

Your choices

Want to see, correct or delete what we have about you? Call, text or email us and we’ll take care of it. That goes for gift cards too: the person who bought it and the person it’s for can each ask. Rather not get reminders or review requests? Tell us and we’ll stop.
